“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”
— Psalm 56:3
Uncertainty is a part of life. Whether it’s a health challenge, a financial struggle, or a family crisis, fear has a way of creeping in. But as followers of Christ, we are called to choose faith over fear.
So how do we do that?
- Remember God’s Faithfulness:
Reflecting on what God has done in the past reminds us He will do it again. Keep a journal of answered prayers — it’s fuel for your faith. - Declare God’s Promises:
The Bible is filled with declarations of hope. When fear tries to speak, speak louder with God’s truth. - Stay Connected to the Church Body:
Fear isolates. Faith connects. Come to church, share your burdens, and let others stand with you. - Worship Through the Storm:
Worship isn’t just for Sundays. It’s a weapon in the valley. Sing His praises even when you don’t feel like it — breakthrough often comes through worship.
At Ebenezer Church, we’ve witnessed countless testimonies of people who overcame fear by trusting God. And we believe He’s working in your life too — even now.
